Our recommended working environment is 20°C–28°C (68°F–82,4°F) with humidity between 40% og 60%. When temperatures drop too low, DTF ink becomes viscous, leading to poor flow and nozzle blockages. When humidity falls below 40%, the ink dries too quickly on printhead surfaces, causing intermittent firing and banding. Conversely, excessive humidity can prevent proper powder adhesion.
