Section 1 – Limited Warranty:

Xinflying offers a 12-month warranty on DTF, 紫外線, DTG, 昇華, and Heat Press Machines (consumables excluded). Print heads are not covered once installed and successfully tested. Some models may carry a 6-month warranty.

Free technical support and covered parts replacement are provided during the warranty period. After expiry, customers cover all part and repair costs. Self-repair is allowed, but Xinflying is not responsible for any resulting damage.

Long-term users of Xinflying consumables can receive free repair services.

Section 2 – What is not covered:

1. The consumables such as powder, インク, 紙, 映画, 等. are not covered by warranty.

2. The print heads of all series are not covered by warranty.

Please note that:

1. If you have any questions after the receipt of our Xinflying products, please feel free to contact us via any online means, and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.

2. The equipment that is covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.

3. If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after receiving our products or require any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Xinflying would not bear any responsibilities.
