Traditional DTG pre-treatment requires spraying a liquid fixative, then heat-pressing to dry. SprayTEC One-Shot combines a high-viscosity aerosol spray with a forced-air infrared dryer in a single pass. The system reduces chemical usage by 30% because the targeted spray pattern applies fixative only where the design will print, not the entire platen area.
Image Armor claims the new pre-treatment works with all major máy in DTG (Kornit, Brother, Epson, M&R) and on fabrics from 100% cotton to 70/30 cotton-poly blends.
