April 2026 – Mimaki Europe has officially introduced the TxF300-1600Pro, a high-volume langsung ke film (DTF) pencetak engineered for industrial-scale garment decoration. The new system expands Mimaki’s DTF lineup with a 1.6-meter print width, enabling efficient production of large-format transfers for hoodies, jaket, and oversized apparel.
Designed to streamline workflow, the TxF300-1600Pro integrates an automatic powder shaker and infrared curing tunnel, eliminating the need for separate post-processing equipment. This all-in-one configuration helps print shops reduce floor space usage while minimizing manual handling, making it especially suitable for operations running multiple production shifts.
The printer incorporates Mimaki’s proprietary white ink circulation technology, which prevents pigment sedimentation – a common issue affecting print consistency in DTF workflows. With a maximum resolution of 1,440 dpi and production speeds reaching 22 m²/jam, the TxF300-1600Pro competes directly with other industrial-level DTF solutions currently available in the global market.
According to Mimaki, the system supports CMYK + White inks, with optional fluorescent ink capability for expanded creative applications. The printer ships with RasterLink7 RIP software, providing color profiling for over 200 film and powder combinations, ensuring consistent transfer quality across different materials.
Early user feedback from German print houses indicates up to 40% fewer rejected transfers compared to previous-generation DTF equipment. Mimaki also provides a 12-month printhead warranty and on-site service coverage across Europe, targeting professional decorators who prioritize reliability and uptime.
The TxF300-1600Pro will be demonstrated at FESPA 2026 in Barcelona, one of the leading global exhibitions for digital printing technology.
As more businesses transition from traditional screen printing to digital production, integrated DTF workflows help reduce operator training time from weeks to just a few days. The system also supports remote diagnostics via Mimaki Remote Access (MRA), allowing technicians to troubleshoot issues without requiring on-site visits — a major advantage for distributed production facilities.
Selain itu, Mimaki reports the printer consumes 30% less energy than previous models, supporting sustainability initiatives aligned with European environmental regulations.
With the launch of the TxF300-1600Pro, Mimaki aims to expand its presence in the industrial DTF segment, a market projected to grow at 18% CAGR through 2030.
The system is now available through authorized distributors worldwide, with estimated delivery lead times of 4–6 weeks.
