Chinese manufacturer Audley has expanded its S8000 series with the S8074-6, a six-head DTF printer that offers 120cm print width and automatic white ink recirculation. The printer uses six i3200 printheads (four for color, two for white), achieving a maximum speed of 28 m²/godz. Audley positions the S8074-6 as a cost-effective alternative to Japanese brands, with a price of $12,900 including a powder shaker and infrared tunnel.
The key differentiator is the automatic white ink recirculation system that runs every 15 minuty, preventing sedimentation without operator intervention. Many budget Drukarki DTF suffer from white ink clogging, but Audley claims its system reduces nozzle dropouts by 70% compared to previous models. The S8074-6 also includes a heated film transport system to reduce cockling, and a humidity sensor that adjusts drying temperature automatically.
Audley has partnered with Nazdar to supply pre-profiled DTF films and powders, ensuring color consistency. The printer is controlled by the popular PrintFactory RIP, which comes with a one-year license. Audley offers a two-year warranty on printheads (subject to using Audley inks) and a global service network with depots in the US, UK, Niemcy, and Australia. First shipments are scheduled for June 2026.
For print shops that have outgrown desktop DTF but can’t afford Mimaki or Roland prices, the S8074-6 fills a gap. Audley’s US distributor, DTF Superstore, has already taken pre-orders for 45 jednostki. See more DTF printers at Xinlatanie.
