The new version introduces automated white underbase generation that analyzes the design and creates optimal underbase layers for different fabric colors (noir, dark, lumière, blanc). The software also includes multi-layer nesting, which arranges multiple designs on a film roll to maximize media usage – achieving up to 95% material utilization, compared to 70% with manual layout.
Digital Factory DTF Edition v12 supports all major DTF printers, including Epson, Roland, Mimaki, and Chinese brands like Audley and ColDesi. The software features an updated color management engine with pre-configured profiles for 50+ film/powder combinations. Pricing is $1,995 for a perpetual license or $49/month subscription.
