What is DTF Ink?

DTF ink stands for Direct To Film ink. It is a specialized type of ink used in DTF printing, which is a digital printing technique. DTF ink is designed to be printed directly onto a transfer film, hence the name.

DTF ink is typically a UV-curable ink, meaning it is cured or hardened by exposure to ultraviolet light. This allows for quick drying and creates a durable and vibrant print on the film. The ink is formulated to adhere well to the film surface and provide good color saturation.

What is DTF Ink Made of?

DTF tinta, also known as Direct-To-Film ink, is made of pigments for color, binders for adhesion, additives for specific properties, and solvents for viscosity.

Pigments provide color, binders help the ink adhere, additives enhance characteristics, and solvents facilitate ink flow and drying. When printed onto a transfer film, the ink adheres to it and can be transferred onto various fabrics using heat press machines.

DTF tinta

DTF Ink is an innovative printing solution that enables high-quality, vibrant prints directly onto a wide range of fabrics, offering exceptional durability and color fidelity.

Sublimation ink is a unique type of ink that transforms from a solid to a gas when heated, allowing it to permanently dye polyester and other synthetic materials.

Offers a wide range of colors and excellent color accuracy.
Works best on polyester-based fabrics and produces great results on light-colored textiles.

Hátrányok

Primarily designed for polyester-based materials, limiting its versatility in terms of substrates.
Requires materials with a special polymer coating to facilitate the dye-sublimation process.
