How to understand "passera" in digital printing?
PASS in digital printing simply means the sliding of substrates through the printer to produce the required design. It can be done once or multiple times. Sometimes, a single pass might not produce high quality, then more passes will be required.
Single pass: Many print heads are used to cover the whole substrate at once, which increases the total cost. But it produces high quality images at a fast speed.
Multiple passes: It costs less as a reduced number of printheads are needed. The printing process is quite slow as it goes over the substrate several times, but delivers better image quality as parts that were omitted at first will be done properly at the next pass.
The pass method to choose solely depends on your business needs. Single pass is best for businesses with large capital and high printing operation demands.

How do Sublimation Printers Work?

First, create the design using Xin Flying design software on your computer according to the sublimation printer manufacturer’s guidelines.
Printing on Sublimation Paper
Then print the design onto a special sublimation transfer paper using a printer with sublimation ink.
Heat Pressing
Place the transfer paper with the design onto the fabric through a heat press machine, which applies heat and pressure to transfer the sublimation ink from the paper to the fabric.
Cooling and Finishing
Once the transfer is complete, the fabric needs to cool down before the transfer paper is removed. Any finishing touches, such as trimming the edges, are completed at this stage.
