Direct to Films Printer

A digital direct-to-garment printing method that involves the spraying of ink onto a garment, which then soaks into the fibers. As for application, DTG can only work on cotton. The working process is consist of 4 steps: pre-treatment, quritish, chop etish, and curing.
What is DTG Printing?
DTG (To'g'ridan-to'g'ri kiyim) printing is a modern printing method that allows for full-color and high-resolution prints directly onto garments. It involves using a specialized printer that applies water-based ink directly onto the fabric.
In digital direct-to-garment printing, the garment is loaded onto the printer platen, and the desired design is digitally printed onto the fabric. The printer uses inkjet technology to spray the ink onto the garment, layer by layer, creating a detailed and vibrant print. The water-based ink is designed to be absorbed by the fabric, resulting in a soft and breathable finish.
How does a DTG printeri Work?
Design & Setup

Pre-treat the Garment
Before printing, prepare the garment by flattening and smoothing it using a heat press.
Print on Garment
