print head

I3200-A1 Printhead

It’s made with MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) manufacturing process and thin-film piezoelectric components, which creates high-precision nozzle arrangement (600npi/2 rows). This results in a compact, fast speed, high-quality, and extremely durable printhead. The precise nozzles and ink paths ensure that the ejected ink droplets have an accurate positioning.

Also, it features VSDT (Variable Size Droplet Technology) that fully controls the ejected ink droplet size, hence reducing picture graininess, presenting more details, smooth color transition, and high saturation.

Thanks to its high resolution (600 dpi/color), 4 color output, high-precision processing technology, high-quality prints, and excellent longevity, it’s used in many industrial and commercial printing fields.

4720 Printhead

Manufactured with piezoelectric technology, it’s accurate, stable, and durable. It comes with 8 rows on the front with each row having 400 holes, making a total of 4720 holes. The Epson 4720 printhead features corrosion-resistant nozzles that are perfect for water-based ink, UV, oil, paint, heat sublimation, and many more. The possibilities are endless.

Also, it supports variable ink drop, including large, medium, and small variable mode printing. The printhead has a minimum of 2.5pl ink drops with a higher variable printing accuracy and a unique high-precision ink-jet mode. The ink damper is more convenient and easy to change.

This printhead can be used for numerous commercial and industrial applications.

XP600 Printhead

The printhead produces consistent ink droplets (both in size and shape) to deliver high resolution, accurate, and high-quality prints. Though the color saturation and efficiency is not as good as the DX5, it’s a cost-effective choice as the replacement for the DX5.

It has 6 ink paths with each path having 180 nozzles, making a total of 1080 nozzles. XP600 has a minimum of 3.5pl ink drops and the nozzles are compatible with solvent, UV, water, and heat sublimation.

This printhead is perfect for printing colorful pictures, photos, and documents.

DX5 Printhead

DX5 is a new generation printhead that allows fast speed, high-resolution printing with both mild solvent and eco-solvent-based inks. It’s one of the most stable, recognized, and commonly used printheads on the market. It features a native resolution of 1440 dpi. 8 nozzle lines with 180 nozzles per line, making a total of 1440 nozzles.

It is applicable with all DX5-based Chinese printers with no requirement for any decoder, and can be used with printers that have 4 or 8 colors.

DX7 Printhead

With micro and variable-sized-technology, the DX7 features a native resolution of 1440 dpi. It has 8 channels with 180 nozzles per channel, making a total of 1440 nozzles. Also, it features a minimum droplet size of 1.5pl and a maximum of 21pl.

The printhead can be used with both eco-solvent and mild solvent inks. It has high precision and high density, which contributes to its compact structure, fast speed, and high quality. The MEMS (Micro-Electro-Mechanical System) nozzles guarantee that the round ink droplets are consistent and accurate.
