To print sublimation images, you need a sublimation printer, sublimation ink, sublimation transfer paper, and a heat press machine.

Firstly, the image is printed onto sublimation transfer paper using the sublimation printer and ink.

Then, the printed transfer paper is placed on the desired substrate, such as fabric or coated item, and heat pressed to transfer the ink design onto the material.

A sublimation printer is specifically designed to accommodate sublimation inks and transfer vibrant prints onto various materials. It uses heat to transform the sublimation ink into a gas, allowing it to permeate the surface of the substrate and create a permanent, full-color print.

Additionally, you will need a computer with design software to create or edit your desired images or graphics.

It is commonly employed in the production of custom apparel, such as t-shirts, hoodies, and jerseys. It is also used for personalized items like mugs, mousepads, phone cases, and other products where vibrant and durable full-color prints are desired.

To make sublimation prints brighter:

1. Opt for high-quality sublimation printer machines.
2. Use white or light-colored polyester fabric.
3. Ensure using  transfer paper for sublimation of good quality.
4. Use high-quality sublimation printing inks.
5. Optimize printer settings for color saturation.
6. Maintain proper heat press settings.
7. Pre-press fabric before printing.
8. Perform post-pressing to enhance brightness.
9. Handle and store prints carefully to prevent fading.
