What is UV DTF Printing?

UV DTF (Direct to Film) printing is a method of printing that uses UV-curable inks and specialized equipment to transfer designs onto a variety of surfaces, including fabrics, ceramics, and plastics.
Unlike traditional screen printing or digital printing methods, UV DTF printing allows for high-resolution and vibrant color prints without the need for separate color layers or time-consuming setup processes. The process involves printing the design onto a carrier film using UV-curable inks, which are then transferred onto the desired surface using heat and pressure. UV DTF printing offers excellent color saturation, durability, and versatility, making it a popular choice for custom printing applications.

How does a Work?

#1: Design Creation

Use RIP software to create your design and position the UV DTF A film, adhesive side down, on the UV DTF printer platform.

#2: Print on A Film

Load the printer’s cartridge with CMYK ink, white ink, and varnish in preparation for printing your design onto the UV DTF A film.

#3: Covering B Film

Utilize the UV DTF Printer in conjunction with the laminating machine to transfer the design onto B film.

#4: Place Film on Products

 Gently remove the A film from the pattern and adhere it to product. Gradually peel away the B film, completing the printing process.
