DTF Printer
1. What is DTF Printer?
With the use of a direct-to-film printer, you can print patterns on films and heat transfer them to textile substrates.

5. How to maintain the print heads if printer without being used for 3 to 7 days?
1) To check whether the ink and water are dropped at the print-head interface.
2) Turn on the printer and observe the light of the decryption card is on or not.

Sublimation Printer
1. How long does the printhead last?
All of Xin Flying’s printers are equipped with Epson printheads and an automatic cleaning system, which can last about 1 year if the working environment is appropriate.
2.Do Xin Flying provide compatible ink and transfer paper?
Yes, we provide one-stop solution for digital printing solution, you tell us your production capacity, we will match you with the right amount of consumables, and give you a price discount.
3. What's the precautions of nozzle usage?
1) Please do not randomly install and remove the electronic components of the digital printing machine; otherwise it will damage the service life of each system and endanger the printhead.
2.) Please do not mix two different inks, as their configuration of raw materials will be different. If mixed, some uncontrollable chemical reactions may occur.
3) Do not remove the printhead from the digital printing machine and then placed it naked, especially in dusty places.
4) Due to nozzle cleaner may be corrosive, it is recommended that please only clean in the appropriate amount of times.

4. Can you print my own logo on the products?
Yes, As a factory, Xin Flying provides customization service, such as making your own appearance design or putting your logo on the product. Also, packing design and other OEM services are available. Please leave us a note about your idea or inquiry to our email for more details.
5. What is the lead time?
1-2 days for sample orders, 3-5 days for bulk orders. As for customization, the exact time will be based on the requirements.
6. What is the Minimum Order Quantity(MOQ)?
The minimum order quantity of printer, ink, film and others start from 1 piece.

How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your order via T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A,Credit Card,PayPal,Cash,Escrow.We will send an invoice including all costs for confirming the order. But please notice that we are not responsible for any import tariff or customs clearance fees.
Shipping
1. How will you deliver my goods to me?
Normally, we will ship the goods by air, by sea, and by express, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT based on the needs of different clients.
